Product Research and Development

Our R&D department is responsible for customized design, technical development, and precision sampling. Currently, BOWINS has expanded its team to over 70 specialists, including functional designers, pattern makers, and sewing technicians. The department operates its own dedicated workshop and sample showroom. We utilize professional muslin fabric to trim and cut 3D patterns according to customers' technical drawings, ensuring the sample perfectly fits the design style and requirements before bulk fabric production begins.

Raw Fabric Inspection & Preparation

Fabric inspection prior to cutting is the first critical step in ensuring product quality. Before production, our inspectors use professional inspection machines to strictly control the quality of all fabrics and accessories. We also utilize automatic spreading machines and fabric cutting machines, which are widely deployed in our factory to process materials effectively and efficiently.

The BOWINS factory is equipped with multifunctional automatic template sewing machines (CNC) to significantly improve efficiency and consistency. The wide application of these computer-controlled machines helps us achieve the high standardization required for technical apparel. These professional machines, combined with our extensive industry experience, have replaced traditional manual methods, representing a huge leap forward in modern garment manufacturing.

Seam Sealing Process

The seam sealing process is crucial for functional clothing, keeping garments waterproof even after multiple machine washes. We use advanced hot air seam sealing machines (such as HH brand) to ensure 100% waterproof performance. The sealing tape covers needle holes to prevent water penetration at the seams. Our QC staff conducts rigorous hydrostatic pressure testing and data collection to guarantee that every garment meets the customer's waterproof standards.

Automatic Production Line

Functional clothing requires various technical fabrics to achieve waterproofing, high visibility, and safety protection. Therefore, our automatic production line is specially designed for complex functional garments. By breaking down production into streamlined flow processes, we have transformed traditional manufacturing methods. This automatic system transfers semi-finished products seamlessly between stations, greatly reducing management costs, improving efficiency, and shortening delivery times while ensuring consistent quality.

Professional QC Department and Inspection Standards

BOWINS maintains a rigorous quality control department staffed by experienced professionals and equipped with intelligent testing instruments. Our QC leadership team brings over ten years of experience from German-founded enterprises, bringing a strict standard of precision to our factory. They oversee everything from fabric and accessory testing to printing, embroidery, and final bulk inspection. We strictly conform to international inspection standards (AQL 1.5 & 2.5) at every link of production, ensuring superior product quality for our worldwide customers.
